I'm a parent
Start your own private intake. Parents never have to meet.
Prioritize the child's safety and comfort while maintaining family relationships in a structured and supportive setting.
Truly neutral.
We don't take sides, make custody recommendations, or carry messages between parents. We follow court orders and visitation guidelines while treating everyone with professionalism and respect.
On the record.
Clear, factual notes parents and the court can rely on.
Our commitment.
Our role is to provide a child-focused environment in a safe and neutral setting where families can enjoy each other in a safe and respectful environment.
How it works
Four steady steps, from referral to record.
Each parent is handled separately and privately, and every visit follows your order exactly.
1
Referral or order.
An attorney, the court or either parent contacts us. We read the order or agreement first so every visit follows it exactly.
2
Separate intakes.
Each parent completes their own intake and a short orientation. Parents never have to meet, and we never share one parent's contact details with the other.
3
A plan for each visit.
We set staggered arrival and departure times and can help select a public, child-friendly place.
4
The visit and the record.
Your monitor stays within sight and sound the whole time, then writes an objective record of what happened.
Services
Support for every kind of visit.
In person, at a handoff, or on a screen, always with a trained, neutral monitor and a clear record.
In person
Supervised visits.

Observational
The monitor watches, documents and steps in only to keep the visit safe and within the order.

Fees
Simple, upfront fees.
Every visit includes written visit notes. No hidden extras.

For attorneys, GALs and parenting coordinators
Built for the record.
Name us in your order and we handle the rest, from intake to the final report.
Intake within 5 business days of a complete referral
Conflict check on every case before we accept it
Objective, time-stamped visit notes: what we saw and heard, never opinions, custody recommendations or legal conclusions
Visit reports emailed to the parties after each visit; summaries on request
Records released only to people authorized to receive them
Signed provider declaration and records affidavit for court on request
Yes, separately and privately. Visits are scheduled once both intakes are done and fees are paid.
Do you take sides or make recommendations?
No. We observe and document facts. We do not make custody recommendations.
Who can see visit reports?
Each report is emailed to the parties after the visit. Beyond that, we release records only to people with the right to see them: the court when it orders them, attorneys of record with proper authorization, guardians ad litem, parenting coordinators, DSS or another child welfare agency when authorized or required by law, parents or guardians as a court order or signed release allows, and other professionals named in a valid release of information or as the law requires. Every record stays accurate and every family's information stays private.
Who can attend a visit?
Only the people named in the order or approved in advance in writing.
What if a rule is broken?
The monitor will redirect first. If safety is at risk or the order isn't being followed, the visit ends and the reason is documented.
What is your cancellation policy?
24 hours' notice for a full credit. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.
Can you testify in court?
Yes, when subpoenaed. Court testimony is billed as shown under Fees.
Can you give legal advice?
No. We are not a law firm. Please talk to your attorney about your order.
Is this an emergency service?
No. In an emergency, call 911.
